Payment of the Full Delegate Registration fee includes the following: access to all sessions, copies of presentations, delegate bag, Monday evening Welcome Reception, Tuesday evening Networking Tapas Experience, Wednesday evening Gala Dinner, Thursday Professional Tour, Coffee Breaks, two lunches and two Happy Hours.

REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be received in writing. Refund requests received on or before August 1, 2011 will be refunded in full, less a $50.00 administration fee. Refunds received after August 1 and before September 1, 2011 will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given after September 1, 2011.
