REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be received in writing. Refund requests received on or before August 1, 2011 will be refunded in full, less a $50.00 administration fee. Refunds received after August 1 and before September 1, 2011 will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given after September 1, 2011.
