Payment of the Full Delegate Registration fee includes:  access to all sessions, copies of presentations, delegate bag, Sunday Welcome Reception, Monday Cruise Reception, Tuesday Gala Dinner, Coffee Breaks, two lunches and two Happy Hours.  

 

DAILY DELEGATE REGISTRATION

Monday and Tuesday Daily Registration includes:  access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, happy hour for that day and a delegate bag.

*Eligibility: Individuals 35 years old or younger will be eligible for a half-price registration fee if accompanied by a full fee delegate from the same company. (One full fee delegate is entitled to bring one half-price delegate.) Individuals must show valid photo identification in order to receive their badge.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing. Refund requests received on or before August 1, 2008 will be refunded in full, less a $50.00 administration fee. Refunds received after August 1, 2008 and before September 1, 2008 will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given after September 1, 2008.
