The Dubai conference will include our always popular and highly anticipated networking and social events, including a Welcome Reception, another Evening Reception, and the Gala Dinner.

WELCOME RECEPTION

Sunday, October 21

The Welcome Reception will be held at the Grand Hyatt (conference venue). This event will take place in the garden area where you will enjoy beautiful flowers and warm breezes. Refreshments and a full assortment of appetizers will be served. This kick-off night is a great opportunity to build relations and friendships with other delegates and guests from around the world.

MONDAY EVENING RECEPTION

Monday, October 22

This reception – known for its exceptional networking opportunities – will be held at Heritage Village. The village focuses on the UAE's maritime past, trading activities and local history. The centre's flat, sand-coloured houses with traditional bastikiya (wind-towers) provide a startling contrast to the ultra modern buildings along Dubai Creek.

GALA DINNER

Tuesday, October 23

This year's Gala Dinner will be held outdoors at the stunning Events Arena on Jumeirah Beach. It has a perfect view of Burj Al Arab and the Arabian Sea on one side and the beautiful hotel building as your back drop.

The Jumeirah Beach hotel is one of Dubai's most distinctive landmarks. The hotel is built in a shape that mirrors the breaking waves of the Gulf. After the gala dinner, you may want to explore the many bars and nightclubs located in close proximity of the hotel. Also close by is Souk Madinat, where you can wander through a traditional Arabian souk, past wind towers, lantern lit hallways and narrow waterways to discover the treasures hidden within. With specially selected shops, restaurants and bars to entertain late into the night, it's an experience that will surprise and delight.
