Hotel Arts Barcelona (the conference venue) is a Ritz Carlton hotel of innovative design and contemporary interiors that showcases a 20th Century collection of specially commissioned works of Catalan and Spanish artists.

The historic city centre of Barcelona with its fashionable bars, restaurants and shopping avenues is within an easy walk of the hotel. The Ramblas, Picasso Museum and the wide sea-front promenade are only a short stroll from the hotel. Hotel Arts Barcelona is only 100 meters from the beach and offers an extensive range of leisure facilities.

There are 397 beautiful appointed spacious guest rooms and 56 executive suites and all guest rooms have panoramic views of the city of Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea.

Deluxe Room:

Club Room (limited rooms available on a first come basis):
For those guests desiring greater attention and privacy, Hotel Arts offers "the Club" located on the upper floors of the hotel. Guests of the Club enjoy separately keyed floors for security, a private lounge, complimentary internet and an exclusive meeting room and concierge staff. Five complimentary food presentations are provided during the course of the day: Continental Breakfast, Snack Selection, Tea Time, Evening Hors D'oeuvres & Cocktails, Sweets and Desserts.

Executive Suite (limited rooms available on a first come basis):
From the 19th floor upwards, the Executive Suites occupy the building's corners, making their outlook even more privileged, with panoramic views. All have an especially airy king -sized bedroom, a bathroom with independent bath and shower cabin, a private lounge and a guest bathroom, as well as all the comforts and extensive range of equipment found in the Deluxe rooms.

The above indicated rates are guaranteed for single or double occupancy and include one (1) buffet Breakfast in Cafe Veranda Restaurant per room, per day. The room rate for double occupancy includes two (2) Buffet breakfasts per room, per day in the Cafe Veranda Restaurant.

There will be an additional charge of 121 EUR per day for each additional person over age 12 and/or over two people in a guest room. The maximum number of people over the age of twelve (12) per guest is three (3). A maximum of two (2) children aged twelve (12) or under per room are complimentary. The price of 121 EUR does include one buffet breakfast per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Individual reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for one night only. "NO SHOWS" will be charged the full stay.

Check in: 3:00 PM Check out: 12:00 Noon. The hotel will attempt to provide rooms for the delegates arriving prior to 3:00pm.
